Memphis became part of Lindsey’s story through St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and serving families there remains one way her foundation keeps that connection alive.
The foundation returned to the community surrounding St. Jude to prepare food and spend time with families whose lives had also been interrupted by childhood illness. The people being served understood the same long hospital days and distance from home that Lindsey’s family once knew.
This kind of care is intentionally simple. A shared meal creates room for rest, conversation, and the reminder that families do not have to carry every part of treatment alone.
